From the green pastures of Serra de Serpa (Serpa Saw) is obtained the goat’s milk that we use in our cheeses, in order to give them a unique flavor and textures.
Guilherme Goat Cheese is a cured cheese with a firm texture, intense flavor with a slight trace of salt and spices.
In addition to the traditional cheese, it can also be found with 3 herbs or bell pepper, in a fabulous combination of flavors.
Goat cheeses can be presented in natural or vacuum packaged.
